EMI developed a customizable proposal generator using the Siebel system and Microsoft® Word. This proposal kit automatically linked a prospect’s needs to more than 30 products, with text that customized itself by industry and client.

We also created brief, easy-to-follow training materials on how to quickly customize the basic proposal.

The amount of time spent on drafting proposals has been significantly reduced, and the use of these more professional and consistent proposals has been increased by as much as 50%.
